Very polite and kind staff.
This place is fantastic. Low cost, great care. The Dr. and the staff are all kind and courteous. I never have to wait very long and they take walk-ins. I love that I never feel rushed with the Dr. I can actually sit down and express how I'm feeling and I never feel like he is itching to get out of the room. Thanks SMC!

Last week, I went to Southside Medical for a physician check up and had an amazing experience there. I had my blood drawn about a year ago and got nerve damage because the nurse didn't do it correctly. I couldn't move my arm for a month. So since then, I've been afraid of drawing blood. But the nurse in Southside Medical was very nice to me. She listened to me patiently and picked the tiniest needle. She taught me how to breath and everything. It was done before I knew it. It really didn't hurt much, and I was pleasantly surprised. The doctor was very friendly and kind of funny in a way, and he showed genuine interest in my diets and gave me some free tips. Overall, I got very positive vibes from this clinic, and I really recommend coming here, especially if you're afraid of getting your blood drawn like I was.
