  After some miscommunication with the Service Department, I contacted Nick Miller, our salesman, who helped facilitate a resolution. I decided that rather than go directly to social media that I would share both my positive experience with Nick who has always been most helplful, and my less than positive experience with the service representative, with the owner, Matt Gerzeny. Although Matt was not immediately available, I was promptly contacted by Pete Ackerman, the Manager, who was excellent in ensuring that my concerns were addressed and he and the staff went well above what was necessary to make it right. It's my understanding that a new Service Manager has been hired to ensure a high level of customer service after the sale.
  
  Based on the responsiveness of Pete and Nick, I would have no reservations recommending Gerzeny's as the place to purchase an RV and actually had the opportunity to do so during our recent road trip to Maine when a retired nurse who had recently lost her husband asked about our Unity Leisure Travel Van so I provided the contact number for Gerzeny's RV Wofld Lakeland.

  Not ready to buy . Saw a class c from across the way that looked inviting, went to check it out, beautiful. Mike was the salesman we spoke with not pushy or aggressive. When we are ready we would consider going back there.

  This is the best place for all of your RV needs! I can't speak highly enough about the entire staff and their quality of work. We took our RV here for repairs, warranty work and to have a braking system installed for flat towing. Chuck, Brenda and Tom were awesome and really went above and beyond to make sure everything went seamless. We are very happy with the finished product. Everything was top-notch! They also have a very nice selection of RV's for sale. We highly recommend Gerzeny's RV World!!!

  Bought my new Leprechaun 260DS from Dave and we truely enjoy it. I have been back to their Service Dept. 2 times and both times they got me in very quick and on my way in less than 2 hours. Although they are 3 hours drive time for us, we will continue to do business with them. If they would open an office in Port St. Lucie, I would be super-happy. When trade in time comes, I will travel back there to buy my next one.
