Your ear canals are measured for the perfect fit for your hearing aids, and yes it's true, you can have one ear canal smaller than the other. Hearing aids arrived in just days and they are amazing! I would highly recommend Aspire for all your hearing needs.

Wait time: There was no wait time. I checked in, sat down, and was called back immediately. When I got to my room and sat in the chair the doctor came in right behind me. You're sent a patient survey beforehand and you do it electronically which was really nice! I thought I would have to print out the papers and fill them in. You can even complete them from your phone.
Staff: Everyone was friendly from the moment I set up my appointment, to when I was checked in, and the woman who showed me to the testing room.
Dr. Kayla Wilkins is genuine and down to Earth. She listened and understood what I was describing... which I'm going to be honest, I was still hoping I was just full of ear wax... but she was so calm and understanding it was amazing. She didn't even mind my stress chatter or tons of questions. This was a way different experience than the last time I went to an Audiologist and I'm glad.
I would highly recommend going here. -

(April 15, 2019, 5:04 am)Was very impressed with Dr Wilkins. She was very friendly and professional. Felt right at home. All procedures were explained in a manner that I understood. I could of sat and talked with her all day. I was not rushed through my appointment.
Cindy was a delight. She is courteous and friendly and greets you with an award winning smile.
Highly recommend this office for all your hearing needs.
