Good hours, friendly tellers, services offered are adequate.
We've been very happy with Mid-Florida, and having an ATM inside our development is very convenient. Are they the best bank in the world? Probably not, but they have competitive rates (as bad as any bank these days). The service inside and at the drive ups are as good / bad as anywhere else, which is why I'm giving 4 out of 5 stars. None of them are getting 5 stars out of me because they all have their detriments.
Crazy thing, someone keeps moving the location of our ATM on google maps so it appears to be located in a pond here in Cypress Lakes. The ATM is actually located inside the main clubhouse here, if you're looking for it. To whomever keeps moving it, c'mon! If your disgruntled with Mid Florida, leave a bad review and be done with it. Moving the location on google maps just makes it harder for others to find it. Are you really that mad at the world? Stop being childish!
