I purchased a brand new 2022 248 Sea pro from Old Salt in Lakeland Florida. This boat is amazing!! As we all know boating is boating and issues arise such as a loose wire here and there. When I have these small issues I take the boat to Brian and he not only fixes the issue quickly but takes the time to teach me things about this boat I did not know and make improvements. They are the best!!

We had our 2008 Sea Fox 256 walkaround in for a new DF250AP repower , and it went fantastic. Skip in sales, took great care of us. had the Suzuki finance done in less than 5 min. The technician (Brian, the service manager) answered every and all my questions and the repower went fast. The fly by wire system means no more replacing cables. They have engines in stock, and there is very little wait time. The boat pushes 43+ mph WOT. The new engine at cruising speed is getting 2 plus MPG. The get up on a plane is very fast and responsive, even with 150 gallons of gas and four people and gear. I have had many boats over the years, many more engine repowers, and this was the best service and fastest turn around time ever. Thank you Old Salt Marine, and everyone that helped us. I had a very good buying experience with Old Salt Marine. Had difficulty with other dealers in not being able to sell me a pontoon boat without a gas engine already on it. Old Salt Marine was able to set me up with a Tahoe boat and installed an Elco electric motor at their service department. Skip was awesome in working with me to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. Thanks to the service department for a beautiful installation of the motor, batteries and controls. Would highly recommend Old Salt Marine to anyone buying and boat but definitely use them if you need to go with an electric motor. The boat looks great and we are very proud to have it.

Originally was a 1 star review due to some issues with service. Was contacted the next day from a individual in a high management position and was able to pinpoint the info I needed in a timely manner and was able to communicate it to me the easiest way possible for myself. Glad to have been treated better and the situation resolved very easily. They’re prices also seem competitive with the market from what I’ve seen. So If your located in central fl I would recommend old salt marine for your outboard needs.

Amazing folks! They are so customer focused that it is almost suspicious. These folks treated me as assistant buyers and helped me through the process of find a motor, motor swap, and assisting with partial financing. The service department went above and beyond to help me understand the workings of my motor and went above and beyond in setup. I highly recommend Old Salt Marine!!!
