This place is amazing! Great, small group sessions, more specific attention paid to form because of small groups and wonderful knowledge of the art of Pilates. Lissa is a phenomenal instructor! Any time I’m in town, I’m booking a class! Tired of big franchises with no availability and large classes? This is the studio for you.

Lissa is a great instructor, she’s professional, friendly and truly cares about her clients. In each session I learn something new and get challenged in a safe and accepting environment. If you have a chance to take a Plilates class from Lissa, do it!

Love Lissa! She is so kind and encouraging while quickly modifying to accommodate any physical restriction. High impact exercises trigger my runner’s knee. I’m able to complete the routines without constantly modifying moves and have yet to experience knee pain. Very low impact that works the entire body. Since it’s a small studio, with only 3 reformers, I get specific coaching immediately if I’m not doing a move correctly. I’m not lost in a room of overcrowded reformers wondering if I’m doing it correctly. Love this studio.

I have loved taking Pilates classes with Lissa. She is great at making the class be challenging and fun at the same time.
