  Albert was able to fix my problem in 5 minutes. After 16 calls to 611 Customer Service and hours on the phone and 15 disconnections in the last 24 hours it was extremely relieving that he was able to get into the solution so quickly . Customer service at 611 definitely needs some help. All the want to do is reset the network and then the phone hangs up... not fixing the problem causing you to call back and repeat yourself 16 different times. If your needing help on your phone I would advise you just go to the corporate store and ask for Albert... HE knows what he's doing
