(September 25, 2019, 7:56 pm)Leading up to getting the rental has been devastating. My truck was stolen all my work tools. The peoe that took my stuff even took my clothes. I dont even own another pair of boxer shorts. So despite the last 24 hours I can say that when i walked in the door here thes wonderful people not only got me in a truck so itd be easier for work purpose. Even though it had me all broken these folks dang sure made sure they were patience and very understanding. Talk about fast getting out of there. Well ill tell you this they would have won the daytons 500 . ... From me to those that worked in the N 98 office, I send all a big fat Thank You....

Cars are clean and ready to go. I will continue using the fine services of this Enterprise Car Rental location.

(August 20, 2019, 3:21 pm)I flew down from PA and needed a car. I made a reservation online and when I got here my car was ready for me right away. The agent was extremely polite and didn't push me to buy extra services. Excellent customer service!

(June 20, 2019, 8:58 pm)I made a reservation online several days ahead for a minivan for pickup on a Saturday but got a call around 9 am to tell me they had no minivan at this location. In the end they did provide a small suv and discounted my rate and provided a free one day rental for future use. They did apologize for the discrepancy as the rental was made to attend a funeral out of state. I had Chad help on Saturday and when I return the suv Kenya was so helpful with this issue. I am grateful for both of there help and understanding. From now on i would definitively call the location you are picking up from to ensure that they indeed have the car you need don't rely on online reservations solely. Definitely do recommend renting at this location with that one caveat.
