  The services provided by Dr. Firer and his staff have always been well done with everything thoroughly explained and utmost concern for patient comfort. The office is efficiently run, with the same level of professionalism and friendliness throughout.

  i have been a patient for several years and have found Dr. Firer to be an excellent dentist. I have had several crowns done and am very happy with his work. He also predicted a problem that I really wasn't aware of that saved me a lot of pain. The office staff is friendly and efficient as well.

  Found Dr Firer from Google search and the many great reviews he had. Great front desk staff, Jay and Malik are great oh and the doctor is to. Love going in there. Feels like Cheers.

  The staff is Great and the dentist is Fantastic!!!! I would definitely recommend. Everyone has been very very helpful and willing to work with you in tough times. After a year here I will definitely continue to come back!

  I have been a patient of Dr. Firer's for more than five years. I live on the south side of Lakeland and work in Tampa, neither of which is in proximity to Dr. Firer's office. I am happy to make the trip to his office because I have never, in 47 years, had a dentist nor their staff treat me with the regard they do at Dr. Firer's. On those rare occasions when circumstances keep me from making my appointments, they are understanding and work with me to reschedule. When I come in for my appointments, I am seen quickly, I receive exceptional service, and Dr. Firer and the staff (particularly Joanne!) are always friendly and welcoming. They also do an exceptional job working with my insurance to verify my coverage before doing any work. Outstanding dental practice and I cannot recommend it more highly!
