(November 12, 2019, 8:21 am)The taco stand is attached to a small Mexican grocer and it's easy to miss. But this place is an incredible value. $1 tacos plus a variety of other great options. There's covered outdoor seating. Bring a drink or get bottled drinks inside the store.

(September 25, 2019, 3:30 pm)I went to try out this place with my Mexican wife on the suggestion of my father while we were visiting him at the area. It was a very pleasant experience! The food was great and so was its price. I am actually not a fan of Mexican food but my order of a quesadilla there changed my mind..:). On both times of our visit there, we saw numbers of local workers eating lunch there. The place certainly was not fancy but it was clean enough.. . We found the food like eating the street food in Mexico, cheap and tasty:))! Since we cannot find such food in our area, now we're going to visit my father more often to eat at this place:)).

(August 8, 2019, 4:28 pm)It doesn’t look like the kind of place you’d wanna go, but you’d be 100% incorrect. This place has the best Mexican food in Lakeland. They perform every single time. The food is so clean and the portions are never anything but generous. You can feed an entire family inexpensively. Looks like food poisoning, tastes like heaven.

(July 25, 2019, 6:30 pm)I went to try some tacos Wednesday, July 24, 2019. Appearances notwithstanding, they do a good job with the food; the place looks a little rough. Don't be put off! I chose the lechon (roast pork) tacos, all were quite good. Served with cilantro and chopped sweet onions, lime for squeezing and fresh home-made salsa (spicy!). Order at the little red trailer, pay in the store. There is a covered dining patio next to the trailer for diners, but then you are out in the heat and fending off flies. Very inexpensive, tacos were $1 per. Totally bilingual.
