“Picked up my Bmw from auto tech collision last week. I have to say from all the body repair places I have been to my whole life, they are the best!!! A month ago was driving on route 21 in winter haven when a cars trunk opened up and a lot of stuff went flying and hit my car and damaged my door and side panels. Well being just moved to Florida from Illinois with bad experiences from body repair shops I was so reluctant from from finding a place where the job can be done properly. With many research I stumbled on to auto tech collision with good reviews so I contacted them and spoke to Shannon, I would have to say she is professional and kind. She scheduled me for an estimate when I got there and was so knowledgeable and very professional, surprisingly the price was affordable and so I scheduled to have it repaired. She said it would take 3 days to complete the job and she delivered! When I picked up my car I was so happy with the super quality Workmanship. My door was better then it was, it was like brand new. They made up for all my bad experience in the past. I can say that I will only trust them because of all the past places I had gone to before them. Also had a pleasure of dealing with Charlie who was really nice. I highly recommend only this place to have any body work done to your car.”

“We used Creative Coach to help us with a pretty extensive remodel of our 2005 Airstream Safari. Overall, we had a great experience and the price was extremely fair. We received a quote from another business that was outrageous by comparison. We found the staff to be knowledgeable, flexible, and creative. They worked within our budget and let us provide our own materials where we wanted. Our remodel was somewhat atypical for them (less luxury - more rustic industrial) - but they took it in stride. The only reason I'm not giving five stars is about half way through the process our primary service representative, Mark, was let go and it turned out he didn't do hardly any work on our unit in the few weeks he had it. With that being said - we didn't have any complaints about Mark up until that point. But it left the new rep - Lester - scrambling to meet our delivery date and all our must haves. In the end, Lester took really great care of us and went out of his way to make our Airstream amazing. Aside from the delay in delivery we would definitely use them again.”
