“This is a very past due review. My mom went to be with the Lord May 7th and since the end of January until her death the professional and compassionate help she received was exceptional. The nurses, the Chaplin, and the social workers from team 234, all put their hearts in the care of my mom. Aniela, Juana, Marilu, Chaplin Ray and all the others that even behind the scene were working to make my mom comfortable and happy. Juana will come every day and smile at mom's stories as she took care of mom's hygiene. Aniela will make sure that she was well physically, emotionally, and will spend time with her to hear the stories over and over and over. They took time to explain to my sister, my husband and I the changes to expect on her dementia and help us deal with this awful illness . They did all with honor and respect. Chaplin Ray made sure that mom's spiritual needs were met. He got in touch with the priest of Resurrection Church who came and spent time with mom. Even at the moment of mom's last breath, they were with us making sure we were not alone. The 24 hour continues care nurses were very compassionate also. I can't say enough about you all. You really give a good meaning to hospice. Thank you. May God bless you all.”
