“Our order was very complicated and the cook got everything right. It was 4 orders with no this...add that.. It's was so complicated that the person that was with us that placed the order..that checked the order got it wrong. One of the young ladies that was with us was very rude when returning our food at the window. Even though it was our fault ,the staff was very calm, recooked an item that we already had, and was nice about it. Checkers I would like to extend a public apology and commend you for a professional job well done. Even though you knew that you had gotten the order correct, you fixed the food anyway. I'm sorry for the young lady being rude. It was uncalled for.”

“This was our first time there at this location. The prices were good . The kids meal was a good price . My grandson had a plain cheeseburger and he didn't finish it . I did . Sorry to say it but the plain burger tasted better than McDonald's or Wendy's. I tried the 6 inch cheesesteak. It's nothing fancy but i really liked it . It didn't cost much . There is so much to choose from so if you want less expensive meal go to Sonic . You can eat inside but they are remodeling so there isn't a lot of space . But they were very friendly.”

Our server Norimar was very friendly, knew the entire menu by memory, very fast to respond on everything, checked up on us frequently, cleaned constantly every time she came to the table, forgot nothing,and was just impeccable! At this particular McDonald's,the manager came to the window with a card for a free sandwich and apologized for my wait. I was very impressed because I've waited a lot longer at other McDonald's and have received cold food and wrong orders. This McDonald's is also very clean”

“I thoroughly enjoyed the $12.95 BBQ Rib & Chicken Combo. I have passed Jimbos Pit BBQ for years without stopping, and decided to give the restaurant a try. The ribs were meaty, moist and tender. The chicken was also very good. My coleslaw side was very good, and the French fries were satisfactory. The meal came within minutes. Wait staff was friendly and attentive. Highly recommend Jumbos. Certainly an improvement over the local chain BBQ restaurants.”

Anyway I know we went their specifically for gluten free for my sister. I can say everyone was pleased, and it all certainly looked good to me. It would be great if they would open a Mellow Mushroom location in Winter Haven! The service is good, the selection of beer is better than most.
