Explain clearly billing issues, Insurance of device issues. My friend had to go back in a couple days later with some questions, Joanne patiently answered them all, again demonstrating best practice 4 solving problems on the phone in the future. Joanne the Great representative for Metro PCS, and in my opinion, her boss should pay her a bonus. She does a great job!”

They are small enough to not feel guilty but sweet enough to want about 30 more . The staff are friendly and helpful. I hope the business is able to expand to tampa or Orlando .
