“Hi, my experience with Kings Auto Group was wonderful. Jay the owner did stuff for me no one in any other dealership would even think of doing. I'll explain. I bought a Car from them. I got it home and it over heated. I called them and Jay sent a fatbed truck to pick it up. 70 miles from the dealership!!! He spent over 12/13 hundred dollars having a new waterpump put on it, a BMW 528I! THEN, he and Elbay sp drove it down 70 miles again to drop it off! Now he did all this when he didn't have to do anything! Like all used car dealerships in fl if you have no warranty it's your responsibility after you leave with it, thats it! Jay the owner could have told me to get lost and rightly so. But he's a very good person and his staff Herman ect.all are good people. Iam 67yrs and disabled. “I had a problem with a faucets in my front bathroom true plumbing ordered the parts had a little problem with the ordering but after Emily checked into everything she got the right parts they came out put them in The young man that come out to do the work did an excellent job just want to thank Emily or getting everything straightened out for me and getting the job done(July 20,2023 just had another repair job done by true plumbers&Ac had new faucets installed in my second bathroom. The two gentlemen Kent &Adrian done a great job they was here on time. Told me what the job would take and how long they done the job in and out in a timely manner and very professionally done”

“Erica McCann at this location really went out of her way to help me with applying paper money to my cash app.. Did it out of the goodness of her heart...Go girl .world needs more of her. God bless..I would like to share a very expiring experience I had with my last visit to this store about an hour ago..very lengthy so bare with me it's worth it...I went to the store to return something and a very polite employee (Young lady)..get to that in a minute..was very polite and helpful and busy stocking her store.. stopped what she was doing and really took time out of her busyness to help me .ok..I left the store.. after I got home I was so impressed.. riding a bike mind you that I went back to tell her how appreciative I was and grab a bag of ice and a two liter of soda .which I did ..I went out to get my ice and realized that I only had one bag and went back in to get another one.. laying my (PHONE)!! Yep.. down in ice machine..to go in to get the other bag..and I was so moved by her kindness I got on my bike and left my phone on the ice machine...went home not knowing that..put my ice up after getting a glass of soda .sat down and was going to go to dollar general website and give her (a at a girl...).. and couldn't find my phone..my phone is 7 years old .and contains all the evidence of my nasty Divorce that my attorney committed suicide from because he was going to be arrested and my mother passed away from Camp lejune as well as me being a victim to.. everything was on my phone..I looked at the clock and saw I only had 6 minutes left to get there..not knowing if it was there or not..I made it in 4.. and low and behold a customer found it on the ice machine and turned it in..wait that's not all..I get my phone and catch my breath..by this time i really need a smoke i know nastyist habit on earth..but. I realized that I left my cigs .. money wallet everything at home..and she says to me (no worries Hun)..and bought me a lighter...goes to show you..there are a few good people left in this very troubled world 🌎.. I'm still so moved by this... and when possible which won't be long .I'm going to make her (Cass or Cathy)?? When she told me her name I was very frantic..as well as Erica who did a very nice thing also .see earlier review.. very happy and going to reward them very generously..for there kindness.. there needs to be more people in this world like them. Thanks girls..(ladies).. I will (NEVER).. forget my experiences at Dollar General. Won't shop anywhere else ..thanks Ronald Craig Todd..🙏🙏🙏”

“While casually looking around for an El Camino I happily & unexpectedly ran into this one at Primo Classics in FL & so promptly began researching related details on the road to possibly purchase. As someone with decades long tenure in very high-end auto dealerships I am no stranger to the 'review system'. As is generally the case there is always at least one or more person(s) that is/are unhappy about some aspect or another that wants the planet to know their version/vision of the 'travail' they've experienced...and so it goes... For this reported transaction I have no such complaint(s); I am exceedingly happy with the vehicle & the circumstances surrounding the entire experience. After poring over the generous photo offerings of the vehicle & checking out the aforementioned reviews available I felt I was in a good position & made my move to purchase. Happily, I nailed it down & contacted the company to begin post purchase activities. I was promptly contacted by one of the Admin team, in this case Monica, who gave me clear directions, processes, timelines, helpful hints, etc. As the events unfolded, she was ably supported by teammate Erin who was equally efficient, cheerful, & helpful. As I have done with other cars purchased over the years I intended to fly down & drive the vehicle back home several States away. As it was a couple of weeks before I could collect the vehicle & I am a highly detailed 'car guy', of course I had numerous questions & pre-trip prep requests. Monica & Erin handled them all with friendly professionalism & never once showed impatience or annoyance so kudos to them for that...!!! The vehicle was in really great shape (as fervently hoped) & showed signs of reasonably recent maintenances & upkeep as one would hope in this type of venue. It was free of any cosmetic sleights of hand to conceal defects or shortcomings as one often sees in our trade. So, more kudos to the Primo Crew for that as well...!!! The facility was casually old school & very relaxed/laid back & at no time was I hovered over or hurried; this was greatly appreciated by the way... Prior to leaving I gave my new purchase a final & thorough exam for a couple of hours + (which is no surprise to those that know me...lol) & following this was very satisfied & comfortable with saddling up for the 1200+ mile trip back. The ElCo handled the trip extremely well in spite of consistent ambient temps exceeding 106* (it was late July) & got excellent fuel mileage which frankly was a shock as my other 87 definitely does not... Just another indicator that it was properly maintained & setup by folks who know what they are doing & care about the results both pre & post sale... Soooooo, a much longer review than most but, just saying that I'm a very happy Client with my dealing with these folks & super happy with my self-provided birthday present...!!! Way to go Primo...!!!
