  Amy was wonderful today she had superb customer service I had a minor issue with my glasses and she very promptly took care of it.
  It is by no means anything against her she was working as quickly as she possibly could Walmart Vision Center should provide more than one staff member to work there as today Amy was by herself.
  Again Amy provided superb customer service!!!

  Great experience at Walmart Optical. Appointment was rather quick and easy -- Dr.C is professional and really cares for your eyes. I put in a glasses order same day and got a call that my glasses came in 3 days later. Very pleased.

  The doctor here is literally the best. I will be a loyal customer as long as I live here and he is still working.

  Every experience I've ever had with this location has been exceptional. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and Dr. Copley is as personable as he is thorough in his work. When I showed up for my scheduled appointment today with concerns about my vision, Dr. Copley took every possible measure to get to the root of those concerns and ensure I was okay. Great people, and great service here!

  Dr. Copley is awesome. My daughter and I have been going there for 4 years and my fiance has been going for 2. He's thorough and personable. Prices are great and service is fast. Appointments are usually right on time with little to no waiting. Been going there for 4 years and they have the same staff...so no high turnover like other chains. Dr. Copley also has another practice in N. Lakeland...so don't think he's just a "Walmart" doctor. Great eyewear selections and budget friendly. I was there today for my annual exam, and told him that my dr wants me to watch my diet because I'm borderline diabetic. He did a Diabetic Eye Exam and wrote his findings on a script to give to my dr. I wouldn't have even thought to ask him for something like that. He truly cares about your health and listens to you as he works. They don't push for sales and merchandise!
