(August 11, 2019, 3:19 pm)I took my machine in to be serviced and he did a wonderful job of cleaning & repairing, taking time to instruct on how to use the needle threader, staying well after closing time. I felt it was well and beyond customer service. They have definitely earned a repeat customer.

(May 6, 2019, 8:08 am)I took my daughter, Belize, to the shop for sewing lessons this past Saturday. The owners are very friendly. The shop is very 'homey'; you will feel welcomed the second you walk through the door. I'm taking Belize back there, as she learned quite a bit for only two hours. The shop is very inviting, and clearly the owners are well-known and loved by patrons. LOVE THIS PLACE!

Thanks to our loyal customer. No third party machine service and usually done in half the time as our other competition
