They don't try and tell me issues with my car that are non existent like other mechanics do (I am female and I get other mechanics always telling me something is "wrong" with my car which is false because my car is fairly new) Always greeted with a smile, best part it's just down the street from me so I don't have far to go, nicely located, very convenient.
