“The customer service at Tire Choice over by Lings Buffet on South Florida Ave. is second to none. I just walked in today to get something fixed while I went to the salon across the way. Alex and Nathan gave me service that was above and beyond my expectations. They actually fixed my initial problem and helped me fix my fog lights that hadn’t been working since I got the car. I sat in the lobby and watched the manager, Alex, help customer after customer with the same helpful customer service and I was baffled at how much he truly cares for his customers! I haven’t seen service like that in over 20 years. Nathan came and talked to me a few times about what he found out with my car and was so friendly and helpful. I had never been there before, but I will definitely be back. I recommend these guys to anyone. They are doing it right over there!! Keep up the good work fellas! Thanks again!”

When I got there, I was told I would have to wait 2 1/2 hours because there were 2 or 3 cars ahead of me getting 4 new tires and my wait was 30 minutes less than I expected. I would suggest getting there when they open at 7 AM if you're in a hurry. I got there at 8:30AM and left just before 10:30 to get a tire patched from a nail. Rita was very professional and provided great service.”
