“The check-in I suppose is normal now but is bizzarely human-less checking in on a machine, however it is faster. The people who drew the blood were nice, given I have a history of passing out I would have preferred they spent more time maybe distracting me like previous blood draw places have. Granted, what they were talking about was on topic. What I do NOT like is the Quest costumer support. It's all robots and copy paste. However, I can't blame the lab for that. They sent what they needed to to my doctors and the people were decent and honest. Not sure what more I could expect from this kind of service.”

“First time at this office today and the staff is AMAZING. From Wendy to Dr. Schwartz, these ladies are super sweet and very caring and will help you to the best of their ability even when you don’t have insurance. I have never felt more comfortable or welcomed than I did here. Dr. Schwartz really listens to your concerns and answered all questions and is very thorough. Last time I had an OB/GYN that I really loved was during my pregnancy four years ago, and sadly he moved on to another specialty shortly after my son was born. I thought I’d never find another I liked so much and now I have. I’d highly recommend this place and it’s staff to anyone needing prenatal or general women’s care. You can’t ask for better care than this, and in the gynecology field it’s immensely important to like your doctor. Best in Lakeland in my opinion!”
