“Apparently, it is a new business. I spoke with the owner/operator, and he is a pleasant gentleman who is happy to explain the origin of his place. It is a family-friendly environment and the shaved ice is the closest I have encountered to the Filipino-Hawaiian version I grew up enjoying (I am half-Filipino).
