Me send like millions letter i dont know why wates the time in send me to much letters I know the i have to paid .the they charge you $35. And not comfort with that extra $3 por day . and i don't. They can't wait.where are going soo much money if they cant paid for a company to fix the club house. And take to long for fixe it they have only like a 2 person working on it and they for ever almost a year.you can image that.”

“I was the real estate agent in the park for four years. And I have sold in many parks but this park is the whole package. It’s clean all the residents work together and would do anything for a neighbor. They have two club houses, two heated pools, fishing pier, miniature golf, shuffle board, tennis, plus much more. It is true that they have a pet section. I have a small dog and love all animals but people sometimes forget that some people are allergic to animals. Also the lots are not huge so if you have large animals I would try buying not in a park but somewhere they could run. Most of the people who gave just one and two stars have never been in the park.ive always told all my buyers best way to find out what kind of park it is ask the people who live there. Also Oakwood Estates is very financial secure. Which a lot of resident owned parks are not! My advise do your home work before purchasing any home. Reta stead southern belle realty”

“My in-laws have nice Park model trailer with built on lanai and a carport. The Park is tidy, the residents friendly, and lot rentals are reasonable. They have wintered here the past seven years. The Park is far enough from Hwy 27 that traffic noise is minimal. There is a clean pool and a well kept Clubhouse, where they are always having potlucks and such.”

“Beautiful and well maintained park. Owner truly cares for and assists the residents (regardless of the comments made by one disgruntle person). Perfect location, just rural enough to be quiet and safe and yet close to anything you could want or need. Owner just invested big bucks installing a screened in pool, and independent water and sewer system in case it is ever needed. Also, added security gates to insure privacy and safety. Friendly residents that do not hesitate to welcome and help you when needed. Some residents are seasonal for fishing and the great weather. Some are year round residents. Not fancy, just nice, clean and enjoyable. Highly recommend this park.”
