I was interested enough in the car to travel an hour to Lake Wales. Was greeted by George Brooks our sales representative. George immediately put my wife and I at ease with his candid and honest approach. He was informative, detailed and very friendly but most importantly was NOT high pressure. Once we determined we would buy the car, the whole process was easy. Each member of the staff we met (sales, finance, service etc) were pleasant and made us feel like part of our new Ford family.
