I was seen and treated right away. The receptionist/insurance liaison was very helpful getting me set up within their system. The Optical tech who first examined me was friendly, knowledgeable and comforting. She really put me at ease and made the examination process enjoyable. Dr. King was awesome. She made feel relaxed, was easy to talk to, thorough and professional. The facility was clean, comfortable and inviting. I had been with the same Optometrist for decades and have bounced from one to another since his retirement. Eye Specialists of Mid Florida, Lake Wales made me feel at home. My whole family will be patients of them from now on. My experience with this location from beginning to end was excellent.”

“Found a little piece of Mexican heaven in this flea market. I've been to many places including Mexico, and it doesn't get better than this. There's a particular Mexican food truck that offers authentic tacos, so delicious, you'll keep coming back for more. This is the type of food you will only find in Mexico. Wish I lived in the area or even remotely close so I could enjoy them more often and bring more people with me for the experience. There's also a farmer's market in the back that offer fresh fruits & veggies, including some you won't find anywhere else, most recently jocotes and yellow watermelon.”

“I received a postcard in the mail for a free hearing exam. I have not had one for years. Jeff Berdahl was very helpful and friendly and took the time to answer all my questions and explained the workings of the ear. I was offered another free exam in a year which was a pleasant surprise. The front office is very clean and there are placards in the seats about the ears that you can read while you wait. The exam room was very clean also. The secretary very friendly. I will recommend Miracle Ear. Pam W”
