I would give them 10 stars if I could.

We came down on a trip with a very serious medical family emergency, and our car was towed due to a miscommunication on parking permits for visitor parking at my aunt's condo association. We got the car back, but the panels of the front end of the vehicle were all shifted out of alignment, the front bumper was loose, the headlights were misaligned, etc. It was a real blow on top of everything else we were in the middle of.

Our insurance company recommended Caliber, and we took the car over. We told them what had happened to us, and they did a prompt on-site initial estimate. They also offered to start the job the next morning (despite their busy schedule), and even gave us a ride back to my aunt's. They had the car for parts of two days, and then we got a phone call saying it was finished.

We went over, and found that they had done a beautiful job re-aligning the panels and getting everything put back together. When we asked what we owed them to settle up, they said: "It would be an injustice to charge you." They gave us the keys and told us to cancel the insurance claim. We were flabbergasted.

This was an unprecedented experience for us. It is uncommon these days to find a company that has such a high standard of customer service, does such professional work, and has human decency thrown in for good measure.

A special shout-out to the management staff who must have approved this, but especially to Gidget at the front desk, Ray (who did the estimate and took everything up), and Ian (who gave us the ride back to my aunt's).
