I had booked a boutique experience before visiting Truly Forever Bridal where the experience was great, but the dress I fell in love with was way over my budget and may not be made in time. “Such amazing service, stocked with all the supplies I needed! I recently went shopping for some art supplies for my freelance and personal work. The bookstore is now under new management since the beginning of 2020 and it was a much needed improvement from the last management (when I was a student). The layout of the store is so much better too, with all sorts of art supplies, and they always seem to be diligent on keeping up with stocks of supplies that students and other artists might need for their classwork and personal projects. I wanted to try watercolor painting but didn't know where to start in terms of paints and brushes that I would need and that would also be within my budget. The employee there really took her time to help me pick and choose what I needed! I observed the employee assist other customers and was thoroughly impressed with her knowledge of the items available at the store. Definitely would recommend getting your art supplies from here if you are a student, live close, or just passing by.”

“I want to share my 5 star experience with every/any one that will read this. Back in April of 2022, I was in the University Town Center store and was helped by Matt. Not to sound like an old man, but I find that the people that are in stores to “help” are not always too helpful and can be a bit lazy. Matt was the most helpful associate I’ve ever encountered at the retail level. He explained the difference in the cuts and styles of each shirt without making me feel this was a pain. He offered the help with having to ask him. I actually called the store to speak with his manager to compliment him. This is where I met Lynn. Lynn was happy to hear about her employee and was extremely friendly and gracious about the entire event. I called the store on 9/2/2022 to order a few more shirts and Lynn answered. Not only did she remember me, she was fully aware of what I needed and helped me navigate through the website so I can use the gift card I received for Fathers Day.
