She genuinely wants to help her patients to work towards bettering their mental health. I came to her while I was in such a dark place. I recently moved from California and realized I was out of contacts and in desperate need of a new pair today -- it being Saturday, I realized it would be hard to get in, as I needed a new prescription on top of needing contacts. Tanya answered the phone when I called, was such a friendly voice on the other end, and said she would talk to the doctor to see what they could do, though their schedule was full. Less than 15 minutes later I get a call back, and Tanya said the doctor would get me in. Just, WOW. I cannot tell you how grateful I was to find not only such a wonderful new eye doctor, but two people who are great and truly love their job, because it showed in every way. Dr. Rivero gave me such good advice, and in years of wearing contacts, told me things I had never heard before and that was so helpful. Tanya was such a warm and friendly face to see right when you walk in and right when you leave, tying everything together beautifully.
