“My mom moved from another longterm facility to The Springs at Lake Pointe Woods last summer. The move was based on mom’s social needs and previous positive experience with “The Springs” new Activity Director, Marissa Kelly. The move has changed moms life and mood. She enjoys the many social activities. She’s reading books again, enjoying the beautiful courtyard garden and facilities therapy animals. I hoped this would be a good move for mom, but I’m overwhelmed by how much improved the level of care and atmosphere is at The Springs. It’s so important to see familiar knowledgeable staff and professionals who are providing competent care rather than the parade of agency temps we experienced in the last facility. I only wish I moved mom sooner!”

“I just came back from visiting my mom at Complex Care Hospital at Ridgelake, I live in Ohio and she had been transferred there from a hospital in Tampa. I was most impressed with the kindness and friendliness of the staff and care takers. The entrance is bright and welcoming and her room was clean and comfortable. The case worker knew I was only there for a few days and was willing to meet with me and my family to help us make the right choices for my mom. She was empathetic to our needs and very reassuring to my Dad that the right plans would be put into action. I felt she really listened to what was most important to us as we look down the road. During a very difficult time like this, it is nice to know that my mom is being given the support and care she needs.”

“Dr. Danee is amazing. I tried everything and struggled to lose weight for the last 2 years. Although I was practicing some of the habits in Dr. Danee's program, until I started her full program, my approach was not balanced. In the past, when I didn’t see results, I often reverted to not eating enough which still wasn’t working. My weight was up and down for 2 years and gradually increased resulting in me gaining 20 pounds. After starting this program, I lost 12 pounds in less than a month. I felt healthier and had more energy. I didn't feel hungry and it was encouraging to see this program consistently working. “I had to have an extraction done by Dr Brownstein and I also had a deep clean by Louis, I can’t speak highly enough of both, Dr kept me calm and played some Sinatra while doing the procedure, and was very thorough and even gave me her cell number when I left if I had any questions or issues. Louis was brilliant too, he knew I wasn’t fond of needles and also made me feel at ease and is super friendly. I HIGHLY recommend them both. The reason the four stars was given was for Felicia at the Lakewood location who I spoke to about my appointment who was exceptionally rude.”

Their office is very relaxing thanks in large part to Olivia, office therapy dog extraordinaire. “Had to wait several months for an initial screening appointment, but worth the wait. Dr Yohn has an excellent bedside manner. He was very thorough and fully explained everything during the screening exam. He performed a shave biopsy to remove a suspicious mole while in the office and his nurse called me as soon as they got the pathology report back (fortunately benign). His staff was friendly & professional. Would recommend him to others.”
