Janet went above and beyond for us. In November 2024, we decided to rent our home in FL because we are not yet ready to do the true snowbird thing. Janet found us renters inside of a few days from the time it was listed. Amazing. For full asking price on the home too. She advised us through every step of the process and did all of the heavy lifting. Janet made sure the house was 100 percent ready for the renters and made sure they landed in the new house okay. Janet provides awesome service and support for the landlord.
