No experience personally with the doctors, although I am told they are rather quick at the service (but expensive as all medical) Endoscopy is about 2 hours of your time from appointment to exit. Place is quiet, not packed and won't take your whole day. Goes without saying, I'm sure you need an appointment.”

“My husband and I have been looking for a memory care facility for my father-in-law and Truewood Venice made the top of our list after our encounter with the staff and tour of the facility. All of the staff were welcoming and friendly. The place was also very clean and tidy. We were advised by a family member that no place will be perfect but to choose the place where the people who live there seem happiest. Of course, the residents in memory care suffer from some form of dementia but the staff give them purpose and allow them to be as independent as possible, and because of this their contentment and happiness show. The general manager, Z and Staci, our coordinator took a lot of time with us not just talking about the facility but also showing genuine care for us and my father-in-law. We were given a lot of helpful advice and we appreciated how experienced and knowledgeable they were. It was also apparent they care about the residents. We were pleased to know a lot of the staff have been with them for many years so they can build relationships with the residents. We are truly thankful for all the help and care we received from both Z and Staci. We don’t know what the future holds for my father-in-law but we hope he gets to spend the last of his days in Truewood Venice.”

Both my daughter ,her step sister and I attend training sessions here, and they eagerly requests to go every single day due to the welcoming and inclusive atmosphere cultivated. Witnessing my daughter's remarkable development since she started in early 2023. I can clearly see they have been truly inspired. We greatly admire all the instructors and fellow practitioners, thanks to the laid-back and non-judgmental environment. “I just have to say how wonderful the whole pharmacy staff was. Especially Chloe, she went above and beyond! My husband just got out of the hospital and I needed to wait for his prescriptions. He was supposed to be waiting in the car and instead here he comes shuffling into the store. Well Chloe heard me asking him why he was walking without any assistance because he’s a fall risk. Next thing I know here she comes with a scooter for my husband to use while we were in the store. How sweet was that?
