“Very private, my family stayed for 4 nights. The fold out sofa bed mattress is not very comfortable (you can feel the springs) otherwise it served our purpose perfectly. Easy access to Turtle Beach (which was a better time than siesta beach) used the dock when we rented a boat. They also had some beach gear (we bought more and left it behind for the next guest)”

“We contracted with Graber Co for a whole house renovation of our kitchen, bathrooms, and floors as well as upgrades to our electrical, lighting, plumbing and gas. A key factor for us was trust since we were handing over the keys to our house for 5-6 months while Graber Co. did the work. Our due diligence, including interviews and references, reaffirmed their good reputation. We very much appreciated the time and patience on the part of Graber Co as we worked to properly define the scope of work and associated contract terms. We never felt rushed nor pressured. A special thanks goes to their Lead Designer who always responded to our design ideas/questions with honest and practical advice. This really helped us find the right balance between esthetics and cost effectiveness. Work progressed in accordance with the schedule, with photo/video check-ins as required to confirm design decisions and construction details. We had two scheduled walk-throughs which went well, with all issues resolved timely and without fuss. In the end, we felt good about the quality of work and especially the stewardship of our home by Graber Co while we were not there. Even our neighbors were happy with how Graber Co conducted their work and how they maintained a clean job site. Overall, we would highly recommend Graber Co. We were pleased with their design and contracting services, their communication throughout and their commitment to a quality outcome.”

“Our stay at Siesta Dunes Condominiums has been absolutely fantastic! The complex boasts a beautiful and cozy atmosphere with its well-maintained grounds. We’ve been enjoying the pool area with comfortable loungers and umbrellas, as well as the relaxing jacuzzi. The outdoor grilling area has been a great spot for dinners under the stars. Additionally, there are lounge chairs available outside the pool area, allowing us to soak up the sun even when not swimming. In the evenings, the streets are beautifully illuminated, creating a lovely ambiance. The convenience of having two access points to the ocean is a major plus. It’s only a five-minute walk to reach the stunning beach with its pristine white sand and warm waters. Siesta Dunes Condominiums have truly provided us with a wonderful beach getaway.”

“We just came back from a week @ El Presidente. We had rooms 505 & 504 which were spacious, very clean, came with everything and a great ocean view. Beach is powdery white sand with crystal blue water. Sunsets were incredible to watch! We rented a canopy for the week from Sammys which was set up every day with chairs ready to go! Walking distance to restaurants and a small grocery store. You can take a trolly to the main core at night (5 minutes away) which is packed with restaurants, shops, ect. We had an issue with the A/C one night which was fixed right away. Ladies @ the front office were friendly & helpful. Security at night were very friendly (Have a great retirement Giovanni!). We will definitely return in the near future!”
