“I’m not one to really take the time to write a letter of recommendation, but my wife and I recently had an experience with a real estate agent that was truly exceptional to the extent that I could not, in good conscience, continue without singing here praises. Marieste Emura with Keller Williams in Sarasota had sold several houses in our neighborhood in Center Gate. She would occasionally knock on our door and introduce herself in case we were interested in listing our home. She wasn’t pushy just very friendly. When we did decide to list we had spoke with several agents, Marieste seemed more concerned with what we wanted instead of selling a home quickly. She went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable with every decision. She was happy to go along with our higher than market starting price. Because my wife was protective of her home Marieste suggested we just start with three days of realtor guided appointments. She really got the word out, had incredible photos taken and scheduled appointments one after the other. She had garnered so much interest in our house that she stayed late every night to make sure she accommodated all the realtors who wanted to view our home. After those three days we had over 30 offers and all at asking price or over. Marieste never let up on making sure we were comfortable with every aspect and kept in constant communication. “Stayed here in January this year and had the best time with my family. Easy parking once you get onto the property and each condo is so beautiful. The entire property has gorgeous Florida landscaping and I love seeing the lizards walk around! I got a condo with the bay view and we saw dolphins just about every morning swimming around. The pool is extremely nice as well and you can fish right off the docks around it. Best part is the beach and restaurants and water activities are all walking distance from the property! It doesn’t get a little busy on the bridge coming on so just plan to leave a bit early if need be. Overall great experience and I would definitely stay again!”

“First time in this location and I loved it. Quiet complex. King bed is sleep number👍🏻 Cross the street beach also not crowded. Feels like I’m far away from everything but in a same time I’m in town. It’s only 5 minutes from cvs and publix. Only 1 minus, water pressure is low and water in master bedroom sinks going away very slow. Other than that 👍🏻”
