“Found this place on a last minute trip to the island. The 1bedroom was perfect for our family of 4. Living room, a full kitchen, a sofa bed. Comes fully furnished. They have a washer and dryer free to use. The pool is always clean as well as.the spa. Paul greeted us nicely. Take advantage of the weekly rate if planning a vaca. Had I known would have done it. The beach is within walking distance. Great place and will be back soon.”

We are wedding photographers (Fallbrook Photography) and we had the pleasure of shooting one of our recent weddings at the Harbourside ballroom this month. Tatyana and Ethan, a gorgeous and vibrant couple, tied the knot in style on the beautiful courtyard at the Moorings followed by a cocktail hour and reception in the Harbourside Ballroom. As always the staff were so welcoming to the couple, guests, and vendors, special thanks to Ayla (the event sales manager) During our groups photos with the bride and her girls, a staff member offered the bridal party fresh mimosas. The girls were ecstatic and so were we; mimosas always create a relaxing environment! The resort helped everything run so smoothly and showed genuine concern to ensure that everything went perfectly for the couple. Lastly, the atmosphere was everything a bride and groom could ask for. The food was exquisite, the staff was attentive, the view surrounding the venue was gorgeous - making our "Romantics" photo session of the bride and groom sooooo easy, and a subtle yet sweet scent filled the air (we weren't quite able to figure out what it was!). We'd like to thank this venue for doing such a fabulous job!”

“I've been staying here for years and I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Siesta Key. The facilities are very clean, the pool is so relaxing. The staff is warm and friendly. Terri is the best at helping to find you the perfect condo for your needs. The beach is a very short distance and the trolley stops practically right in front of the place to take you into town. We went in October last year and it was the best time- good rates, less tourists, and gorgeous weather. White sand, turquoise water, lifeguards, and very safe. Love Siesta Key!”

“From the start, our vacation in Gertrude's Siesta Key Village Beach House was fantastic -- no detail was left unattended from the beach chairs and the wagon to transport the chairs and umbrella to the perfect amount of coffee for our stay - even along with my favorite sweetener Stevia. The rooms were perfect for our family of four and Dan, our host, was also available by text or phone to let us know how to operate anything in the house to giving us recommendations for food, massages or anything else Siesta Key. It is also perfectly located -- one block from Siesta Key Village and one block from the greatest sand on any beach in the world. I highly recommend Gertrude's Village House for anyone visiting Siesta Key.”

“I stayed in unit 312. Fantastic unit, everything was new inside, new furniture, fixtures and finishes. I stayed for 3 weeks working Hurricane Ian. My only concern was the internet. To get on the wifi I had to have an xfinity account. I did not have one, but luckily a relative of mine did have xfinity, so I used their user/password. Otherwise no internet. Go to the beach at the public access about 3 blocks away ad go to the "Village" for dinner, but take the trollly because there is no place to park.”

“The Crescent Siesta Key is an extremely nice condo in a convenient location and on the beach. My one problem was that the bars across the street have live music every night and it is really loud. I couldn't enjoy sitting on the balcony and the noise could be heard inside the condo as well. Something to keep in mind if you are looking for a quiet vacation condo.”
