    Coming to Milex Auto care feels like being back home in NY. These gentlemen do fantastic work efficiently and fast.. They take care of their customers with professionalism. I highly recommend them.

    There are not enough adjectives in the dictionary to be able to describe all the great things to about this company. The customer service that I received was above and beyond the call of duty from start to finish. It all started with Sharizma, the perfect front office representative. Sharizma took care of me from the moment I called her until the end. I was having an issue with another “supposedly” highly rated transmission company that totally put me in a bind. They did me a disservice and I was heart broken. I took my vehicle in just for a transmission inspection and it went downhill from there. I started researching and calling all around getting other transmission company’s advice. The Acura dealership and other major transmission company’s advised me that the situation that this company put me in should have never happened. From that point on I did not want to deal with them anymore. It was Acura who recommended Milex/Mr Transmission. When I called Milex/Mr Transmission, I spoke with Sharizma another female who felt my pain. She had never met me before but her caring heart stepped out in front of her and she went to bat for me. I am new in the area and did not know what do about the other company that had put my vehicle in a bad situation. The company was trying to charge me money for a service that they did not provide. Sharizma called the other company and had requested that they provide her with my car! She had it towed to Milex/ Mr Transmission. They tried to give her push back, but she handled them professionally and with knowledge! She saved me money, like.$900, for work that would not have been done. That $900 was for that transmission company taking my transmission apart and putting it back together, and the problem would still be remain. Sharizma made it possible so that I did not have to face these people anymore. Although I was sad and in a bad place, Sharizma changed all of that. This company was Totally trying to take advantage of me and she spotted it right away and handled it. I told Sharizma, that GOD is so good! I could not thank her enough for what she did for me. Mario, the mechanic, was honest and very informative about my vehicles issues and the repairs needed. The vehicle that I was driving while my vehicle was getting repaired would not start one early morning. I called the company and they were closed. I received a phone call back as soon as they opened and Sharizma and Mario immediately went to go see about the vehicle and brought the vehicle back to me at my job. Mario promised that he would take care of me when I met him and he did. Mario is a man of his word! Then there was the heart of the company “Sebastian”! Sebastian found financing for me and he walked me through the whole process. He also provided me with a vehicle to drive until all the repairs were made on my vehicle. At this time, I was in a rental car accumulating a bill that could be going toward my transmission repairs, again this company was saving me money! The day my vehicle was ready, I had returned the vehicle that I was driving, Sebastien sent an Uber to pick me up so that they could deliver my vehicle to me with all of the repairs completed. This company went above and beyond repairing my vehicle. This company has the best customer service, they care, they are helpful, and they are kind and friendly. I felt like I was with family! First and formost “GOD” told me that “HE”would take care me and as always he did just what he said he would do! He placed me and my vehicle in the care of the best people and Transmission company in Florida! Thank you, Sharizma, Mario, Sebastian and any other staff. I would highly recommend you guys to anyone.
