  Lashan was sympathetic to my gagging sensitivity when it came to swabbing and helped me get through it. She was kind and very helpful. I was checked in by Bella who was extremely nice. Tran, the physician who say me, had the best bedside manner and was patient and kind. Overall a very good experience, considering I was ill

  Lashan, Danielle, and Nicole were awesome today. Wasn't feeling the best but the help I received had me in better spirits by the time I left the office. These ladies were very thorough in their examination. Thanks again!!!!

  I recently visited the Altamonte location and had an exceptional experience. The staff at this facility is truly amazing. I would like to express my gratitude towards Ashley and Vanessa. These two individuals were incredibly cordial and welcoming from the moment I walked in.
  
  The back staff, consisting of Dr. Cox, Nurse Tatiana, and Joy, deserves special recognition for their outstanding care. Dr. Cox was knowledgeable and thorough, and Nurse Tatiana's expertise and attentiveness were greatly appreciated.
  
  It is evident that the manager, Tiffany, has fostered a culture of excellence within the team!

  All if these bad reviews are straight nit-picking.. I’ve been here 3 times now never a bad experience. Bella has always made my day better she has an amazing personality and treats everyone respectfully. She is always in a positive mood and creatives a positive environment for patients and other employees. You absolutely cannot be upset walking into the facility and seeing that smile! Ashley is also very great and providing excelling customer service! I will ALWAYS take myself and my child to this urgent care facility. The physician, Ms. Tran is also unbeatable. Always has taken great care of me and my son. Even though she wears a mask, i know she is always smiling and loves what she does. Keep up the great work guys hope your boss appreciates EVERYTHING you do.

  All I can say is “Wow”. This facility was exceptionally clean. The staff was amazing. Immediately when I walked in I was greeted by front desk staff Isabella and Ashley. They made sure everything was in order for me to be seen right away. I waited a few and was then greeted by the manager Tiffanny. She was able to assure me that I would be seen shortly. They were pretty busy but I could tell staff was working as swiftly and accurately as possible. I’ve had bad experiences at other clinics were the manager is nowhere to be found or front desk staff is on their cell phones but not at this location, very welcoming. I also really appreciate the manager coming out to assure the patients in the lobby where doing well. This helped to relax me a bit. I know sometimes clinics like these can get a bit overwhelmed and just to have that assurance from the front desk or by a manager really can make a difference. I would definitely be returning in the future.
