Life Care Center of Altamonte Springs

Great place to stay... complementary breakfast was delicious with different varieties of food to choose from. The staff was very friendly and professional. The rooms were clean very cozy and free of pest. I was able to bring my pet and she loved the room because it felt like home. Will stay again in the future

Had a nice couple nights here. It's definitely an older/smaller facility (single elevator, detached outdoor pool, tiny fitness room) but everything was tidy. The staff were all very friendly and genuinely seemed in a good mood. The breakfast had a nice variety with hot foods and drinks, fresh fruit, pastries/bagels/yogurt, and the highlight of flavored waffle batter and two waffles irons. We had pumpkin spice waffles one morning, blueberry and chocolate the other. Beds and pillows were comfortable. The only area of minor improvement would be the cleanliness of the room. The shower head had pink scum, the shower had a wide variety of hairs on the wall that were certainly not ours, and the room itself was pretty dated with some loose power outlets. But otherwise everything was wonderful, and I would definitely stay here again.

For two years, we have been staying here for dr appointments and treatments at UNC Hospitals. The hotel is clean, convenient, and safe. They have accommodated our simple requests due to current medical needs such as ground floor room, short walking distance, etc. I would like to say the young lady at the front desk, Charisma is a pure delight. She is friendly and always greets us with a smile. It is a pleasure to stay here as the staff recognizes us by name when we come in. Thank you Hampton Inn for such a pleasant stay.

My husband and I loved staying here! From the associate who checked us in the night of 6/25, to the woman who checked us out this morning (Cherish?), we had a fantastic experience! Good sleep, good customer service, and SUPER cleanliness, we hope to stay again. We wish every hotel experience would be like this one!

I'm so happy that my mom is now at Life Care at Altamonte. The admissions staff helped me so much I'm getting my mom placed there. After being placed in this facility the very first day my mom received physical therapy and the therapist called me to let me know what was going on I am so appreciative of their staff and the care they've given my mom. After being placed at a really bad facility before Life Care I am really not trusting of facilities but so far Life Care has exceeded my expectations.

My dad had a mild stroke and his attending physician recommended this facility for rehab. I’m glad that he did. The transition was smooth and he had no complaints during his stay.

My dad lived here for the last 2 and a half years of his life. He was cared for as if he was family. The facility is very well run and cheerful. All of the staff are compassionate and professional. They became family to us as well.
