  I'm so glad that I found 7th Cycle! It's a warm, friendly atmosphere with great music and instructors who really push you! It's hard work, but I actually look forward to spin classes because I leave feeling so accomplished and stronger!

  7th cycle is the best!This was my first time experiencing this type of fitness, I was nervous but Amanda and Christina made me feel welcomed. The atmosphere is filled with positive energy. It is definitely worth it, you get a great workout and it’s fun all at the same time. The music is upbeat consisting of a diverse music selection. I’ve been coming since May and I’m hooked! I look forward to coming here twice a week.

  I was looking for a cardio workout that didn’t require a gym membership. 7th cycle is convenient, affordable and more importantly enjoyable! I’m new to spin and had no idea it included an upper body workout. I love the music and the trainers are great. I’ve taken 6 classes and no two classes are the same! My goal is to carve at least 2 days out my busy week to go for a SPIN!

  This class is amazing. Christina and Amanda are awesome instructors that do an amazing job of making everyone feel comfortable and welcome. Cycling with these ladies is so enjoyable that I don’t dread working out, lol! They are reassuring and will continually encourage you. They take the time to get to know each of us and it’s obvious how much they care about each of their “students” and their craft. Bottom line-great workout in a great atmosphere with great instructors!

  I absolutely love attending 7th Cycle Fitness. When I first started, I was a bit nervous because I had only taken one spin class years ago. The instructors - Amanda and Christina - were so encouraging throughout the class that I was motivated to not only push through but I now attend class every week for the past 10-11 months. The atmosphere is always very chill and fun. Each class is like catching up with friends while maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Looking forward to class tonight!
