  This place is great!! I love Brittany as a coach. She has come a long way with the children. She’s fun, caring, patient and you can tell she loves what she does. I highly recommend this place.

  My son has been working out with the Athlete Factory for almost a year now. He has gone from being shy and just doing the basics to being confident in the gym and pushing himself to be his best at every workout. He comes out to the car smiling big after every workout. We are so happy with the facility we are actually starting a 30 minute weekly one on one just to focus on speed development. The atmosphere is structured so the athletes are getting a total workout every time. The moves they choose are well planned out so they can be modified both to increase and decrease the intensity. The environment is friendly and inclusive and I like how both boys and girls work side by side to be better. On a coaching standpoint, Coach Wood is extremely knowledgeable in his field as well as his employeed trainers. His expertise in strength and conditioning make this facility a must look for any parent searching for a performance facility for their son or daughter in middle or highschool. They guide the athletes to use proper form and never let them overload themselves so they are always safe. In additional the college athlete looking to get an edge with some personal training would benefit greatly from his knowledge as well.

  This gym is spectacular, the energy is always positive. Hunter (owner) is a very motivated and knowledgeable coach. I recommend this gym to any athlete looking to get an edge or step above their game.
