One thing I've always appreciated about this location, is the stellar customer service. I was running late, and the manager was very kind in allowing me to make my payment after closing to avoid late charges. Her day was technically done, and she still helped me out.
Always helpful and kind, which makes me an appreciative customer! :)

I had purchased an auction unit at this location. This was my 1st investment in this new business for me. Miss Wanda was at the location when i cleaned out the storage, and she was a huge help to me. She was very friendly and she gave me clear instructions that made this a very positive experience. I would recommend Life Storage to anyone that needs storage services.

I appreciate the level of professionalism and courtesy both Rhonda and Wanda showed me during my move in. I got there just as they were closing and I didn't feel rushed or unappreciated. More companies need more employees like these ladies! You have earned a customer for life!!!
