  I have had a vacation package with World Wide Vacations for several years now. The resorts where I've stayed have been wonderful! I think my favorite trip was the one to Villa Del Palmar in Cancun, Mexico. The grounds were beautiful, the room where we stayed and the customer service we received was amazing! World Wide Vacations also has excellent customer service! This is due in large part to Alicia Goodwin, who has booked all my vacations. She is friendly, courteous and very professional at all times! Whenever I have a question or concern, she emails or calls me in a very timely manner as she answers and explains everything. She makes me feel like I am priority to her which is hard to find in customer service. Thank you World Wide Vacations and Alicia Goodwin!

  We have had wonderful experiences with World Wide Vacations. Our last trip was to Cabo San Lucas MX this year. We stayed at Villa del Palmar. It was the most relaxing vacation we have ever had. The facilities were excellent and very clean. The staff was great to work with. The food was first class. We had several restaurants from which to choose . We ate at every one of them and enjoyed all. They had entertainment shows every night to which we loved going. Our excursions off the property were well worth the money. Anyone who wishes a great, relaxing vacation should go to Villa del Palmar in Cabo. We have recommended the property to many of our friends.

  I had the most enjoyable experience from beginning to end, with World Wide Vacations. The service from the sales agent I purchased the package from was unmatched! Very professional and courteous. He was completely forthcoming about my accommodations and the price I was going to be charged. It literally sounded to good to be true and I was pleasantly surprised that everything he advised was included, in fact was. The service at the resort was also amazing, the presentation came after breakfast and champagne. The presenter was informative without being over whelming. We didn’t purchase this time but we will def be back to purchase in the future.

  We had the greatest time at the Villa Del Palmar in Cabo this spring. The weather was great every single day. The food at all 3 restaurants was fantastic, but I think we enjoyed the Bella the most. World Wide has helped us plan 2 spectacular vacations in the past 5 years.

  So many beautiful places to go and see! Cost Rica is outstanding!! We enjoyed some wonderful side trips, including our sunset catamaran trip with snorkeling! While the accommodations were fine, I wouldn't say they were outstanding. The staff there was outstanding though and were very responsive to anything we asked. Would definitely go again!!
