  The day before I was going to do a four hour adventure race, I developed a head cold, and couldn't breathe because of all the congestion. I figured I needed all the help I could get and called for an appointment at Salt Remedy. The receptionist was very nice and helpful, and I booked an appointment for that same day. The person at the front desk was very welcoming, showed me where to put my purse and escorted me in to the salt therapy room. I noticed on my way in that there was a separate room that looks like it was designed for kids. It wasn't sure what to expect, but was pleasantly surprised. The chairs were semi-private, with curtains in between you and your neighbor. I saw some people with tablets, but since the room was dimly lit, the chairs also had reading lights attached to them for those (like me) who like the feel of old fashioned books! Halfway through my session, I noticed I was already starting to breathe more easily. They provide you with plenty of tissues, because you will start draining! By the end of my hour, I hardly had any congestion at all. All in all, very highly recommended!

  This place is very therapeutic and can help with many skin disorders, breathing problems and many other health issues. There is a room for children to play in without knowing they are receiving treatment and a room for adults. Heather is very informed and can answer and of your questions. Give it a try it's extremely relaxing and serene. Angie Z

  Very relaxing, and when I had a cold and my nose was very runny it helped dry up the runny nose.
