  We were extremely fortunate to have found Kim Trawick when we decided to not get into a lease and purchase a home in the north Orlando area. This was pretty much a last minute decision and needed to close on a home within six weeks. Kim knew this when she took us on and was up for the challenge. As our Realtor, Kim was extremely responsive by phone and by email, and willing to work with our schedules. She was always patient, answering our many questions, giving us good advice as we traveled all over Seminole county to look at houses. After a few showings, she quickly understood what we were looking for and the price range.
  Within two weeks, she helped us find a lovely home in a beautiful neighborhood for a reasonable price. She even dropped off paperwork to the sellers one late evening when they were having computer problems. Who does that? This realtor does, that’s who. To sum up, she was always on our side working to make our house purchase was as smooth as possible, and you could see that she genuinely wanted to see us happy with our purchase. If you want someone who is dedicated to finding you the right home, go with Kim.

  By far the best realtor I have ever worked with. Nick made sure the process was as stress free as possible and was always honest about his own opinion when we asked. He showed us a lot of houses and made it feel like we were his only clients which was great as we never felt rushed. Really a great experience from beginning to end. Thank you!

  We are so thankful that we found Kim Trawick as our realtor! She has made our dream come true and found us our dream home in the area we wanted and the price and time frame we were looking for. She is not only an amazing realtor but also a very kind, friendly, caring person. She listened to what we wanted and showed us exactly that, homes that matched our wants. She made the process of looking for a home extremely easy and always hopeful.   I am writing to convey our sincere appreciation for assisting us with our relocation and finding our new home. Specifically, I would like to commend you for your tenacity and follow through to find a house that is suitable for our family. It was a long road (many months), but in the end we found a great house in the right area. You demonstrated tremendous energy and a “can-do” attitude at all times. With my business travel and out of state relocation underway, we were not always available, but you made yourself available whenever we needed to connect. We would not hesitate to refer you to a friend and, in fact, we already have!

  My mother had talked to several Realtor's and after speaking with Kim she knew she was the Realtor we were looking for. In the few weeks that followed, we were completely impressed by the research and her extra time looking into houses that was suitable for the family. In the end, she proved that we were correct on her being a top Realtor. She did such a fantastic job with locating the perfect house, some may think it is crazy, as soon as my mother walked in, she knew it was a perfect house. In such a hectic transition in moving from one state to another state, she made it so much more bearable. We were so blessed and thankful for all her hard work and she will be my aunt's Realtor with her soon upcoming move.
