  I appreciate the extended office hours through the week and being open on the weekends. It truly helps with my work schedule. I was warmly greeted by Kelly who promptly processed my check-in. The waiting room was clean and comfortable. My Test was performed by Haydemary, whom was very calming, professional and addressed the concerns I had. I appreciate her taking time to make me feel safe and comfortable with the entire process. Thank you!

  Staff is always friendly and courteous. Wait time is minimal and the office is always clean. I wont go anywhere else.

  I was very impressed with the personal attention that I received from the recepsionists to the technicians that performed my tests they were friendly, yet professional. Each technician explained what they were doing. It was my first time using this facility. I highly recommend FRi Lake Mary.

  They seem to have excellent imaging, and I continue to use them, but beware, they will demand payment when it is not actually due, and it takes almost a year to get it refunded. Every time I need an MRI I am told I have a $200+ copay, which I DO NOT. I just refuse to pay it now. This is a billing issue, and not anything to do with the imaging staff who is very pleasant and knowledgable. As for the front desk, they are just being told to ask for payment because billing has told them to. Always double check with your insurance company because the billing dept doesn't seem to know what they are doing.

  Everyone in the office was very welcoming and nice. My tech Jody made me feel really relaxed and at ease when performing my scan, she was fast and proficient. She assured me at the end everything with my scan looked fine. Thank you Jody you were amazing.
