(February 11, 2019, 4:04 am)Conveniently located, always friendly, clean facilities, and prompt service. The waiting area has a coffee/tea bar, and there's a children's play area as well.

(February 1, 2019, 11:32 pm)They are amazing! They were extremely compassionate and understanding. I highly recommend getting pet insurance and going to this location because the staff is 100/10. Dr. Shine and Josy as well as all of the staff were the best that I could have hoped for my pet.

(January 30, 2019, 1:12 pm)Jacob (Frenchie) has serious skin/allergy issues and it has been an ongoing issue for months. We took him to visit almost all the vets in Lake Mary/Sanford area. And still, the issues just keeps back and forth. Finally we took him here and met Dr. Elyse Shine and Dr. Portella. They are patient, kind and professional. They do understand what we need and when Jacob needs. Now Jacob is on his immunotherapy injections to help him on his allergy reactions. One more thing to mention, all the associate staffs there are awesome!! They are friendly, nice, kind, and the best staffs I've ever met in a Vet. As Jacob's daddy, on behalf of him, Thank you all!!!

(December 31, 2018, 11:13 am)This Banfield is a stack of bones above the rest, we went to two previous locations, Longwood and Casselberry, and knew immediately we'd made the right choice on coming here. The staff are incredibly accommodating and caring and the doctors are top notch. I'm a big baby, 96 lbs to be exact, who suffers from idiopathic fear, so needed a veterinarian office that was calm, quiet and patient and we found it! Please keep up the great work that you do for all us fur babies -- Kaia ????
