(December 1, 2014, 7:01 pm)My father in law was admitted for rehab on three occasions and stayed on for 10 months after the last time due to not being able to return home right away. The rehab department is great and really pushes for results. The food is wonderful, with a variety of choices every day instead of the usual take it or leave it at most nursing homes. Who else has salmon, shrimp and prime rib on the menu? The staff is caring and attentive and spoiled him rotten. The activities department plans outings and a large variety of activities above and beyond the standard of bingo. They even have happy hour, each evening, with alcohol available and music. Village on the Green is the best kept secret in the Orlando area and isn't even the most expensive. If you need to go for rehab., don't look anywhere else. They are a five star, gold seal facility. Check them out.
