“I went to Ruben’s with 3 tires I purchased elsewhere which did me no good. The guy who helped me got me into a matched set of tires for my wife’s Jeep. They made money on me, but they’re fair; not greedy. Good attitude and positive about generating customer goodwill. I would always recommend Ruben’s, unless you’re the kind of person who needs to pay full retail in order to be satisfied. These aren’t brand new, but they match. These are people working to make a living, without taking advantage of the average customer who knows nothing about tires, mounting, and balancing. Try doing this at Pep Boys and you’ll see how tire people can take you to the cleaner’s. Ruben’s is a goldmine; but they’re doing it with finesse.”

“Superb work and wonderful service. I really expected to be able to look closely and somehow tell the new rear bumper apart from the original but it absolutely looks brand new. The paint is perfect and the fit is perfect. When someone backs into your new Porsche you've only had for 3 months it is frustrating and makes you feel like you can't leave your car parked anywhere without watching it constantly. But now that this is fixed, it's very comforting to see this done and know that it's actually possible to "undo" damage and make it look like it never happened. We could not be happier!”
