  I’ve found my home gym!
  Over the past few years I’ve been going from gym to gym looking for what fits me.
  I have such a random schedule so most gym’s offer classes at times that didn’t fit my schedule but then wouldn’t have open gym all day. Box Hiit has a bunch classs each day plus I can go in there any time I want if I can’t make a class.
  
  What’s actually more important to me is customer service and I how feel going in.
  At no point did I feel like I had to “earn” my keep. Staff has been consistently friendly and members are encouraging. Also the gym is super clean!
  
  If you’ve ever been to a gym and felt like you didn’t belong or it just didn’t hit all the points you needed, try Box Hiit. You’ll love it!

  Love this gym! I was a member at a big box gym before Box HIIT opened, and I wasted time in the gym trying to figure out what to do or waiting on equipment to open. I never have to think about what workout I want to do because they do all the thinking for me. I love the variety of strength training workouts, but also love that if I don't want to lift, I can go in and hit the bags for 30-45 min. If you want results, come to Box HIIT!

  This is a fabulous gym! The boxing classes and the kickboxing classes are empowering, and fun not to mention you burn a lot of calories. The Forma classes are great too- I have built muscle and have also challenged myself. The instructors are great they are encouraging and very motivating! The gym itself is clean and the staff are very welcoming! I love it.

  The facility is amazing, everyone treats you like family. The trainers and the workout are amazing. Each day is different.

  The facility and equipment are excellent. Lots of new and innovative ways of working out I haven’t seen at any other gym, but still has all the important classics. I love that I don’t always have to do the class and can do my own thing on the side if I’m in the mood for something different. But what really makes this place special are the trainers. They’re very nice and down to earth while still pushing you to exceed. Just great peeps overall!!
