Really nice hotel. There was 4 of us and the room was so nice. Lots of room and very clean. Has full kitchen with plates, glasses and silverware. Everything you need right there. Only issue we had was low water pressure in the shower. Other than that I would recommend it to anyone.

Overall great experience. Better than expected breakfast, clean facility, indoor pool, washers/dryers. Can walk to certain attractions with 5-15 minutes (hence the parking charge). Building is new. Works well for a quick stay. Front desk was very friendly.

We stayed one night in a king suite and it was very enjoyable.

Only a few minor complaints, no filter in our A/C (and they were out of them for the weekend), the bed isn't great for such a beautiful hotel (basic King spring), and the shower was a little gross (left over hair and soap scum).

The service was extremely good, everyone we interacted with was very kind and were willing to do anything, within reason of course, to make our stay as nice as possible.

The standouts definitely were Zavier, Conor, and Isaiah. Awesome attitude, wanting to solve our issues on the spot, and willing to swap our room (We declined as it wasn't worth it for one night).

Otherwise this Hyatt House was very nice even on a packed weekend. They just need some maintenance done here and there to make it 5 stars.

Fantastic free breakfast! They had someone making omelets with your choice of ingredients. I had stayed at 3 other hotels for work prior to this one and those hotels either charged for an average breakfast or provided free breakfast slightly more visually and appetizing than dog food.

It seems simple to me. Provide a great, free breakfast and people will come back to your hotel. That is why I love most Hyatts. Increase the price of rooms by $10 if you have to. If I don’t know the price of breakfast was already built into the room charge then it’s all good!

AC worked great, bed and pillows were comfy enough and the room was clean!

The room was spacious modern and clean. Close to many corporate headquarters. There is a bar in the lobby and a small convenience store for any forgotten items. The breakfast is decent and includes a made to order omelet station.

The service was absolutely stellar. I had to arrive very early in the morning and was willing to pay for an extra night so I could check into my room and freshen up that morning but the front desk was so accommodating - they let me check in that morning and didn't charge me for an additional night.
