AdventHealth Medical Group OB GYN at Oviedo

I have been a patient here for about 4 years or so and have no complaints at all. There are never any wait times, they fit me in the schedule last minute if needed & the front desk receptionist is always very pleasant. Alex Aguiar has been my midwife and is amazing. He is very personable, he doesn't rush you, asks you if you have any questions, has a great sense of humor and shows that really that he cares for you as a person. I drive over 30 mins just to be cared by him. I would highly recommend him if you are looking for a great midwife.

First visit we got of to a bumpy start as I came in for a treatment and the medication was expired so they were unable to see me and I was upset… let me just say that they more than turned that around. Although I was frustrated on that day, I do realize that nothing is perfect in this world and we are not robots. We do the best that we can but they definitely went above and beyond to make sure that I got back in and got back in quickly and I Seemed to have some issue every time I tried to reschedule from Covid to an upper respiratory infection and one day that I was just running way late because I work super late nights but they remain super patient and continue to try to get me booked in as early as possible even through all of that, and we all have different life journeys that can make certain things in our lives vulnerable for us and having to do disappointment in the first place was one of those things for me and I really wanna point out that Elizabeth Alverez, who was the medical assistant on the day? I finally had my procedure came in to do all of my paperwork and authorizations, and just her demeanor and kindness calmed me down and made me feel so much more comfortable. She belongs in this field and I’m super grateful that she was the one doing that intake for me, because I was having a panic attack before I left the house. Also Dr. Nagar is very kind and also has a great bedside manner but Elizabeth definitely had a way about her that felt like a friend I have known for years and made it feel like just an every day thing. I just wanna say thank you to the staff and I would definitely recommend them.
