If you were ever afraid to go to the Dentist - Dr. Chan will cure that. She and her entire team are the best both in personality and skill. I highly recommend Dr. Chan!
Dr. Stacey Chan and her team are THE BEST! They are so nice to their patients and to one another! I love the office, the decoration, the music (you get to choose your own music when Dr. Chan sees you), the environment, and most of all, the people who work there! Dr. Chan even makes follow-up phone calls to make sure her patients are doing okay after the visits, which is very thoughtful of her! The office staff is so kind and encouraging! I trust myself and my family in Dr. Chan's care! I would never go anywhere else. I believe my family and Dr. Chan's practice would grow together! Amazing experience! I have been to this office three times over the past few weeks for some root planing and filling. Dr. Chan explained every step clearly and made sure that I felt comfortable and at ease the entire time. She was also very gentle and patient. You do not feel like you are in a dentistry getting some gruesome work done. The staff was always happy to help. They were very supportive and work closely with Dr. Chan like a big family. They also explained the billing very clearly and treated me like a friend. I truly enjoyed my experience at Dr. Chan's. I am so glad that my family found her!
Everyone working is so very kind and professional, not to just their patients but also to each other. They know exactly what they're doing so that you're in and out as quickly and efficiently as possible. When you go in for cleaning, you have your own choice of music, which I've never had at any other previous dentist. I enjoyed conversation, and at the end you get a little bag with dental items with a hot towel afterward. Overall, amazing experience. Would recommend and will be returning myself, 10/10
Dr. Chan is truly the best. She shows alot of love and kindness to her patience. She is willing to work with you know matter what. You can really tell this is a women who loves what she does. God bless her and her business.
